SMITHVILLE is a duo comprised of husband and wife, Justin & Leslie Smith. They have been married for almost 7 years and making music together since college where they met. Justin has been in touring groups and written several records before SMITHVILLE came to be. Leslie has also toured previously and done a lot in musical theatre throughout her life. After coming off the road with a folk group Justin and Leslie finally decided to do a duo project of just them.
Justin and Leslie have a two year old rescue cat named Nancy that you can find in their Instagram feed.

"Angry" is the breakout single for SMITHVILLE. Wanting to express through music their dreams of doing music together Justin wrote "Angry" about being caught in the mundane and the disappointing with the uplifting chorus about breaking out of it "I'm living for the right now." The duo has many plans to release a lot of music coming this year along with some covers they are currently working. So follow on social media to keep up!
